SAFE HAVEN FOR PETS

At PHilthy Paws, we prioritize the comfort and safety of you and your pet. We have a few guidelines in place to ensure everyone remains safe, healthy, and happy. We have everything you need to bathe your pet! All pets (breeds) are welcome - small or large! 

We ask that you have control of your pet at all times.  Please keep your pet leashed until inside the tub and secured in the tub. We have hooks for pet leashes, collars, and harnesses. We know that some pets can be reactive to other pets. If you have a reactive or sensitive pet please let an associate know. We offer privacy screens to keep your pet calm inside the tub. Please remain with your pet while in the tub. We do not want your pet to get hurt. Please do not switch tubs. Each tub is cleaned and sanitized after each use. All your supplies: shampoo, towels, brushes, combs and pet dryer are at each station next to each tub. If you need anything please ask an associate and they will get an item for you.

We do not have a time limit but please be courteous of other people waiting to bathe their pet. If your pet has fleas please call ahead so we can get your pet in a tub right away. Or we could ask you to wait until a tub is available. We do not want to infest any other pet.

Children are welcome! They are a big part of a pet's life and should be involved in the washing or drying process but they must remain with you and your pet. No one under the age of 16 can wash a pet without a guardian present. If the child does not want to participate in the bathing process we have a waiting area. Children must remain in the waiting area without running, shouting, roughhousing, or disturbing other customers. We would like to remind our customers we are a pet washing facility. When you come to wash your pet, we can guarantee two things besides a clean pet:

- You will be wet when leaving!

- You will be leaving with a fur coat!
